This notice explains how A Plus Plumbing & Drain Cleaning handles information connected with this website and service enquiries.
Information You Provide
A service request asks for your name, phone number and the service you need. Every request form offers an optional email field and space for an optional description. The contact form also asks for your city or town. Provide only information relevant to the plumbing concern. Do not include payment-card details, passwords or other sensitive information.
When online requests are enabled, the details you submit are delivered by email to A Plus at aplusplb@gmail.com. We use them to understand the request, contact you and discuss service. Sending a service request does not sign you up for marketing messages.
Hosting, Delivery & Security
Vercel hosts the website. When online requests are enabled, Mailgun delivers service-request emails and Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam. These services may process information needed to deliver or protect the service, such as contact details in a request, IP addresses, browser information and security logs.

Analytics & Browser Storage
We use Google Analytics to understand page visits, clicks on phone links and service requests accepted by the website. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information about your browser and visit. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, city or message to Google Analytics.
Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Analytics does not load when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also manage cookies through your browser. Read Google's Privacy Policy for information about Google's handling of data.
The service-request form does not save your enquiry fields in cookies or browser storage. During internal website testing, we store a session marker to identify test activity separately in analytics. Hosting and security providers may still process technical information as described above.

Links to Google reviews, maps or other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Review their notices when you use them. Customer reviews and reviewer images displayed here are drawn from public Google reviews.
